Good product, app needs work
We have 11 Dig Btts on our ranch to water hundreds of trees. The controller itself is good, but the app looks different on my iPhone than it does on my husband’s Samsung. His app doesn’t show Saturday as an option but on the Home Screen there are the bars on the top right corner where you are presented with options for manuals, contact info, FAQ’s, etc… that isn’t on the iPhone app. However the iPhone shows Saturday.

My battery operated BT controller with anti-siphon valve
Easy to program using the app with several nice features such as a rain delay, program budgeting by month and history report. The connection is good from close distance but you need to see the controller. The app showing the controller battery power and it is a two way communication.
This app doesn’t complement the controllers
I’m giving this app and its controller and ok rating, because with a little work it could be excellent. The app works but is incomplete. The app has a dialog for for example of durations, but you can only have one. You can adjust its timer off and on, but the developer gives you no way to add more durations. This can make it impossible to setup a good schedule the app should make the user pick a duration for each scheduled time, because you can cad multiple times. The device works very well so far with a Waterford hydrant I have that’s PSI is 120, straight off my home’s meter and not a regulated pressure that you really need for outside things. ——I

Not reliable
I installed the timer and it works great manually.
The app however a complete failure.
The app would mot connect to the unit.
Called tech support, was told to remove batteries to the unit, then restart the smart phone, make location service is on.
Every done correctly but the app cannot find the timer when I am a foot away.
I was then told to take the unit back to the store due to some type of bluetooth chip malfunction. The problem is I cannot return the unit due to fixed installation. I don’t feel like cutting the pipes to make the app work.
There got to be an easier way. Very disappointed.

Great Controller
This Bluetooth controller has made my life so much easier. It’s easy to understand as well which is a key feature for someone not very tech savvy.

What a simple, easy to use app! I’ve used other Bluetooth Battery Operated controllers from other manufacturers and this is by far the simplest to program...
DIG has some great features outside of the ease of programming such as; 1) Price, they are substantially less than Hunter, Rain Bird and the rest in the industry and 2) Versatility, they give you 3 adapters for Hunter, Rain Bird and Toro/Irritrol/K-Rain.

Intuitive, easy to use, works great!
I’m very happy with this controller. The app is very easy to use and so far my favorite irrigation app. Thank you for making my gardening projects easier for me!
Works good, easy to understand and use.
Simple Bluetooth app, irrigation controllers have been working great for 3 months now. No reset password option, must factory reset. Only retains the current month history.
