App doesn’t work. Get message ‘Network Error’ when try to sign up. What a waste of money. Don’t buy.

To start off with this was a great app it worked connected to my watch and everything was fine got all my notifications, but over time I was having to uninstall and reinstall the app to get it working then one day the app just stopped working and now all I get is network error,
What is wrong with this app?!?
The app doesn't work at all. I tried to contact the developer prior to leaving a negative review but after several weeks, no response. The watch is basically a waste of money when you can't link it to the app!! Do not bother with the app or the watch.
Digicare app problem

Rubbish
Constantly resets to default so you lose all settings, only connects to fitness band some of the time. Rubbish product!!!
Needs improvement
This device has a lot of potential. I would like to a couple of things added. A button to where you can calibrate the step counter, mine is really off. Be able to challenge friends or add friends. Black light states always on but doesn't stay on all the time needs to be fixed. Would like to be able to put intake calories like it said on description when I bought it.

very buggy
When it works, as it did for the first few days, it was fun and accurate in measuring activity and sleep. Three days ago it failed to sync at all. I uninstalled and then reinstalled and it was fine sort of. Syncing is unreliable often taking several tries. the time labels on the graphs are now wrong but the detailed record is ok. The biggest issue is the lack of instructions. Apparently there is a way to manually sync that solves syncing issues but I can't find it and there are no instructions.

Okish. Watch firmware upgrades
Mostly works. Ok. Firmware updates hit and miss. My eri now not responding after last firmware update.
