We're sorry to hear that you are encountering this issue. We are aware that iPhone users on iOS 16.1 are experiencing communication interruptions between their phones and the Digihaler inhaler. We are working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible. Thank you for your continued patience. Please note that the connection of your phone to the app is not required for you to receive the medication from your Digihaler inhaler. Continue to use your inhaler as prescribed by your healthcare provider. Digihaler inhalers still detect, record, and store inhalation event data while not connected to the phone. When the connection is restored, that data will be sent to the Digihaler app. If you need further support, contact us at +1 (888) 603-0788.

Digihaler Doesn’t Connect

I’ve checked my settings and attempted to reinstall like others and nothing will work. It’s a shame because it’s a visually appealing app, but broken connectivity defeats the purpose.

Still not connecting

Contacted support several times by email and phone since iOS upgraded to 6.1. They can’t seem to figure out the problem. I sent debug files and answered all of their questions and now they’ve gone silent. I guess I’m not the only person with this problem. The Teva inhaler is not shown in list of Bluetooth devices and never connects. PLEASE stop telling people to get within 15ft and turn phone off/on. That doesn’t work.

Great but...

Love this for my rescue inhaler and then it’s easy to tell the dr. However, wish it could link with Apple health.
