A pain took forever to set a PayPal account and paying for it is way worse
It is so annoying how when you enter the app you need to set up your payment account but you have to use PayPal or your bank. Obviously people don’t want to do that much paying one dollar +8 cents on PayPal And plus putting all that information down because it will be so much better If you just put your email and password and your payment account but at least like I don’t wanna pay for PayPal like every other app Well most of it you don’t have to pay for PayPal account and let me guess to set up your PayPal account or your bank account you would have to put dozens of information that no one wants to do and waste everybody’s time 1 star for real.😡😡😤😤😤😤😡😡😡😡

Confusing App
Very difficult to manage
Difficult to use.
Very difficult to find the authentication function in this app. It doesn't do it automatically.
Troubles
Very hard so far to get up and running using their tutorials. I'm still waiting for tech support to come through with making an effort to make things more understandable

Rip off
This app was supposed to be money making for me and it’s not nothing and then show me how to do anything. The ad said it was a phone trick and didn’t say it was affiliate marketing.
False advertising
Purchased product once paid for did not receive anything close to advertised product, customer service was barley able to communicate, this sucks I want my money back

Very frustrating to cancel nothing on the website channeling customers to cancellation. canceling account, has taken me over the year to venerate

There is no way to contact Support or find a way to delete this application. I believe it is nothing but a scam to get you to think that you’re gonna make money online.

Terrible
Bad app doesn’t load and waste of time
Auszahlungen dauern immer länger
Wer die App benutzt wird enttäuscht! Wenig Einstellmöglichkeiten, max. als rudimentäres Dashboard zu gebrauchen. Aber Digistore an sich kann ich nicht mehr empfehlen! Banküberweisungen dauern mittlerweile regelmäßig länger als die ohnehin schon langen 3 Banktage (4-5 ist normal - und bis dahin steht die nächste Auszahlung schon an…). Bei den hohen Gebühren ist das ein miserabler Service, den ich nicht länger weiterempfehlen kann! Als Zahlungsdienstleister sollte das zu den Top 3 Dingen gehören, die Kunden zufrieden macht! Aber mir scheint, als wenn Digistore das bewusst in die Länge zieht, um bei den Volumen noch n paar Prozente aufcdem Tagesgeldkonto zu generieren… Auf erste Nachfragen reagiert eine KI mit Mails die dich noch zusätzlich mit Antworten aufregen, die nichts mit deinem Anliegen zu tun hatten. Ich werd umziehen zu CopeCart - Stück für Stück! Auch wenn ich mit 100K Jahresumsatz nicht der wichtigste Kunde bin, aber mir reichts! In Zeiten der demnächst verpflichtend kommenden Echtzeitüberweisung, scheint mir Digistore das noch mal ordentlich auf dem Rücken der Kunden aussitzen zu wollen!

Impossible to figure out how to get the 2FA and can’t see bank details on the app.

Meine Einnahmen werden seit sechs Tagen nicht mehr aktualisiert. Es lädt die ganze Zeit, als ob ich ne schlechte Internetverbindung, hab aber ich komplett Empfang und komplettes Internet habe aber es wird einfach nicht mehr angezeigt.
Can’t find what’s in tutorial many times
Trying to follow these guidelines is impossible for me. Can’t find any option for account/ payout account to make a payout date.
