Not useful at all

If you are a Iphone user this application will not work as per the customer care and eventually you end up cancelling the policy from this. For Iphone users they ll charge extra and not helpful at all

Asking for permission even after providing location access for always

Too bad app dont know which permissions still it is asking even after selecting allow in all the pop ups.

Worst app

Wasted my half day uploading photos and pics and after all the hard work they rejected the inspection by staying images are blur. Would never purchase godigit insurance ever in my life .

Nothing is good about this app

There is no fast forward while watching video tutorial,
Getting stuck in between multiple time due to app freezing. Thank you for wasting my time.

Pathetic app, worst camera integration

This is the worst app in this digital world. Being a product person myself this is the worst app I have ever used or even seen in the market. The development team should resign immediately and look for alternative career. Specially the product person who envisioned and agreed to the deployment of the most buggy application

Disgusting

Never saw an app this useless,even a college going intern can design better app than this. This app is designed to torture digit customers. Hours of time is wasted but u can’t upload the images.

Worst App

It will make you watch the video to proved and only not to upload the video .. wasted almost one hour shooting the video 9 times and it failed all 9 times ..

User unfriendly

App is designed to “fail”. Hours wasted on trying to record a video and upload for verification - and to no avail!
Video recording crashes randomly at 85-90% completion stage. Worst part is you can not start recording the video without watching (every time!) the most uninspiring, boring and monotone instruction video that lasts several minutes. Then the recording crashes randomly. Eventually you get to upload but can not see the video you recorded! An email drops in your mailbox in a few mnts to say “video rejected due to vehicle identification issues”. Clearly Digit has no interest in this business and should just deprecate this App.

What a pathetic application

How many times should I upload the photoessay and videos? And every time I have to spend 10 minutes in taking Live Photo’s and videos. The developer of this application is the worst developer ever in this entire world.

The app lets you shoot the entire video and the upload fails automatically after sometime, despite connected to a good connection.

Useless App

The app has a brain of its own. It shows something on the screen speaks something else and the company rejects the video. Don’t even go anywhere close to this app.

Don’t buy Digit Insurance

This is a scam from Digit, they will ask you to do a self inspection using this stupid app, and it will never upload the photos and videos. You will get stuck after paying. BEWARE !!

Worst idea and applicaion

24hrs valid link it a stupid idea i dont know who invented.
I had tried 2-3 times and yet they again asking me to upload images.
Since i have to apply get NOC i have no other option just to tf into my name from previous owner
It is hitting my nerves.
Pathetic.
Time consuming and no use of doin the so called DIY
Stupid DIY to save their cost they are wasting out time by making it do by ourself many times.

Worst Application

I have tried multiple times car inspection but every time upload stopped on 80 to 90%.and they are sending messages that if we will not completed inspection within 24 hr then insurance converted into 3rd party.
Don't buy online, go with offline inspection.
