Scam
This app is a scam, you will NOT receive a refund. You can email their customer service as much as you want and they will only tell you a third party has processed your refund. My money was supposedly refunded 3 months ago, I’ve never received any refund.
This is the worst app I’ve ever used
I’ve had issues signing up, adding a tax form, the most basic things you’d expect this app to do. It also randomly crashes from time to time
