Doesn’t work right
You cannot contact anyone about this app nor does it work properly, you used to be able to download an app but now it’s only online and you have to re-enter the information each month or in my case twice a month. I needed to change information when I got divorced but they failed to change anything or contact me. I hate this company and cannot wait until they get a competitor.

Absolutely Useless
I have to be honest, this is probably the most useless all I have ever downloaded.
Cant get inti my utilities account..
Literally cant login manage my utility account, I even sent the “forgot my passord” email & changed it, now it says login error - contact your administrator…….
Staff marking issues “complete” without taking any action
My biggest complaint about this app is that the city of Tallahassee staff keep changing the status over to “completed” even though they have not responded or taken any action to resolve the issue. This app is supposed to help us improve our community, not waste people’s time by making them submit complaints that don’t ever get handled.
