Have a metronet account but can’t even log in. Only made for business accounts? Makes zero sense.

Can’t Log in

The app seems to have some bugs to work out. I could not log in through the App and when I double checked if i could log in through the internet it worked. I’m not sure what went wrong here but this new app does not work. Please fix this

Garbage App

App no longer works and I have to pay my bill via the web portal like it’s 2005. Would give zero stars if possible, do better MetroNet.

Poor App

I never write reviews. But ever since the new update of this app I have not been able to login at all. App is telling me my information is wrong when I know it isn’t. Apps are convenient when paying bills, and this is becoming annoying. Don’t download
