Can’t login
Have a metronet account but can’t even log in. Only made for business accounts? Makes zero sense.
Can’t Log in
The app seems to have some bugs to work out. I could not log in through the App and when I double checked if i could log in through the internet it worked. I’m not sure what went wrong here but this new app does not work. Please fix this
Garbage App
App no longer works and I have to pay my bill via the web portal like it’s 2005. Would give zero stars if possible, do better MetroNet.

Why would you have an app only for business? So dumb.
Poor App
I never write reviews. But ever since the new update of this app I have not been able to login at all. App is telling me my information is wrong when I know it isn’t. Apps are convenient when paying bills, and this is becoming annoying. Don’t download
Phone app
I remember when you could use the phone app to pay your bill now I can’t even log into it smh why have an app if you can’t log on it come on MetroNet you got to do better it’s 2025 only app that doesn’t work

I can login from computer. But I cannot login from phone. Even I cannot change my password on line. So inconvenient.
Won’t log in
No matter how I try, it won’t let me log in - the app just says that there are the wrong credentials. But the password works on their website. The app is garbage.

I don’t know if this is a new company. But I just got Metro net Internet the other day. So far the service is flawless. But the app is a steaming dumpster fire. As of right now, June 2024, the app will not allow me to login with my credentials. Just like everybody else has reviews on here. Some kind of weird bug or something that the programmers need to work out. So in the meantime, I have to go to old school and pay the bill on the website. That really stinks. Shame.

Cannot Log In
The app worked only once - after that, I cannot log in. That makes it useless and a waste of space and time.
Pretty sure they aren’t even real
Had a lot of trouble with them, just don’t take any sort of free trial with them.

Would rate higher but it won’t let me log in. My details are correct - I sign in on portal just fine. And I can’t try again cause it says they’ll lock my account. Makes no sense.
