Doesn’t include HD channels
Because it doesn’t include HD channels I can only use it to record in SD. Good enough for “emergencies”, but could be better.
Disaster!
All I can say right now is that ever since MetroNet bought out our local fiber optic service (which had been GREAT for 8 years) services have dropped there are more “apologies for the outages” and it’s generally a nightmere!
Doesn’t display my channels
The app doesn’t show the channels I get. Channels and numbers don’t line up. Called MetroNet Tech Support and after 45 minutes was told there was nothing they could do. So pretty useless when for example CBS for me is channel 8 and it shows as channel 6 on the app. And programming doesn’t line up with what I get through my set top box.

Two stars may be generous. Can’t find a way to record a series. Search seems to leave out small keywords, thus can’t find titles made up of them.
