App Is Unusable

App is completely useless. Every time I try to open it or pay my bill it constantly errors out. It’s frustrating and almost makes me miss Spectrum 😅

Won’t save any payment methods

Gives error on “make a payment” and “payment methods” can’t use the app for anything except viewing how much they’ve raised my bill

Payment Failures

As others have said, this app is not ready for prime time. You might as well just use the website. There is no biometric login option, so you always have to remember your password. I got it just to pay my bill on my phone, and every time I tried it, loaded a “payment failure” screen. I was able to go to the website and make a payment there moments later, so I know it’s not a problem with my credit card.
