Convenient!
The app is really easy to use. I didn’t go to five stars because the feature for skipping to different menu sections is a little bit flaky, though you can get around that by scrolling.
Very annoying
STOP taking over the audio channel! Food ordering app doesn’t need to stop audio playback or play videos! Get it together.

I’ve used this app multiple times for my online orders. It’s super easy to use and I’ve never had any issues.
Completely bricked
First time using app no issue, decided wanted to order and pick up again and any restaurant I click instant crash. Tried restarting does not work. Tried different restaurant completely crashes again. Uninstalling if most basic function crashes this app feel my information will not be safe.
Terrible app
Extremely buggy. Not to mention there’s no search function. Even on the website. You can’t search though menu. It’s 2024. Get with the times!
Pointless if you can’t log in
Login verification doesn’t work and no other way to get help so deleted the app. It’s not rocket science and if users can’t logon on they generally delete the app rather than trying to get support.

Menu incomplete compared to website “app”
It’s really frustrating to see that only half of the menu shows up on this app on my phone versus what shows up on the “interactive phone” on my computer. And it’s even more frustrating that I can’t login into my account on my computer, because it says I already have an account but won’t let me use a password (I logged in on my phone using gmail).

Frustrating user experience
There's some odd logic to the order of operations with this app. To log in, it makes you put in your email and password (makes sense), then it emails a code you have to verify BEFORE it tells you the password is incorrect. It also required the same ofe before I realized I already had an account. Then I encountered issues changing my password. And now whenever I navigate the app, it's consistently giving "token not found" errors or just flat out crashing.
Another poor user experience and design element is when searching for a restaurant. It's only letting me search around my current location, but I'm trying to search around my destination. And when I manually move the map around, there's no way to set the location so it searches from there.
All in all a very disappointing experience using the app. Definitely the least user friendly and helpful among all ordering apps I've used. Will be uninstalling and using another app. Shame that the poor app quality could be affecting the business restaurants get.

BEST APP EVER!!
okay this is seriously the BEST app to order food from!! I love how it supports local restaurants and is so easy to access:) It’s convenient and user friendly and I love everything about it!! Please use it & share it with others so that it can keep growing and expanding. I love supporting my community and love the fact that together we can help small businesses and locals grow by simply using this app to order from them! It’s the best!!

Doesn’t let me get past the map
I have never been able to use this app. It won’t let me set up a profile. Just keeps giving all kinds of errors and says “for development purposes only” on the map. Feel bad for restaurants that use this.
Will not accept my location.
All restaurants that use this app have lost my business, literally. Cannot complete registration. Just errors. Pretty bad.

Location death loop
As one other reviewer mentioned, it asks you to provide your location when setting up your account. The app indicated it could not recognize my location via GPS positioning, even though it had me in the right location on the app. So I tried entering my address, but it still wouldn’t recognize my location. I even turned off allowing the app to find my location to see if it would then accept my address, but still wouldn’t, so it just leaves you on the location step of the account setup in a death loop no matter what you try. Great app! FYI - I’m big on sarcasm.

Unusable
Makes me input my location but won’t accept locations because the interface with google maps is broken. Unable to proceed past that to order any food.
Won’t let me cancel an order that the restaurant didn’t recieve
I used to be able to call in an order, but now I need this app or Grubhub to order. So I have to give an app all my personal info plus credit card info. So I go to pick up the order, and the restaurant “doesn’t have it turned on, on their computer “, whatever that means, so they didn’t recieve my order and my card has been charged! There is nowhere in the app that lets me deal with this situation.
