CANNOT MAKE APPOINTMENTS!!
I got a text that they have a referral for a CT scan and needed to make an appointment. I could NOT make an appointment without uploading the referral THEY have!! I DO NOT HAVE THE REFERRAL!! THEY HAVE THE REFERRAL!!! I am in queue position 33 when I called!!! They need an IT Department that knows what they are doing AND they need to HIRE schedulers to answer the phone!!

Can’t pay bills. Can’t make an appointment - you can only request an appointment, but still wait for them to call you. If they call back at all. If this is the best that can do they seriously need help.
Pretty useless
Cannot pay bills associated to your information without a specific invoice number (I know I have pending charges and have not received any invulnerable). Cannot edit personal health information such as allergies or medications. Check-in times are incorrect; shows at time of test when they are 15min earlier according to phone and appointment reminders.

Cant sign up
Don’t know why they want you to schedule and check in using the mobile app when you can’t even sign up for an account to begin with.
Doesn’t let you sign up
Can’t make an appointment because it doesn’t let you finish signing up for an account. It says “internal server error” and you cannot continue after putting in your phone number.
No idea if it works
No idea if it works because it wouldn’t let me sign up. They want you to use the app but when I try to use the app it just says it can’t make an account and makes me call anyways which was just a waste of time.
