Useless on iPad Air
I use this app primarily for bill pay - bill pay isn’t formatted properly on the app on my iPad Air rendering it useless for paying bills - also since bill pay is the most common use, why is that feature buried? It is not buried on the iPhone app.
Opening statements crashes the app!
I’m running the latest iOS on an iPhone 12 Pro Max and iPad Air (5th gen) and you can’t open an e-statement without the app crashing! Every. Single.Time!

No nickname because I’m not hiding from anything... This app is horrible won’t even let me sign in only way I can sign in is to select forgot password and create a new password only because of the second security sign in section WONT SEND YOU A CODE TO YOUR CELL PHONE. What they will do is send you a code if you forgot your password... also I can’t make a mobile deposit in order to make a payment for an auto loan what a joke... a Federal credit union with plenty of money yet still can’t afford a functioning app... sadly I have an auto Loan with this company that I can’t change oh also closest location is over 2 hours away.... don’t bank through them will be posting this review on all websites...

Only Computer code displayed in app
I did “get” a couple of times to have app loaded to my iPhone for my use. I used several times successfully then I got the app with computer code displayed and the only way to get rid of displayed code in the app was delete the app. Now I no longer can get the app loaded for use. The only way to use app is to search for app and use it each time I want to use app. This is a pain.

Buggy
Loading forever when I try to transfer between accounts. I never get the page to load to select accounts.

This is with no exaggeration the worst financial app I have ever used. Talked about a huge upgrade and it is just the same up with a fancier look.

Photo improved, but needs work
It still has way too much trouble with the back of the check. Business sized checks usually take 3-4 tries before they are legible.
Mostly excellent and convenient. But, currently in ios 8 the frame in the check photo page is out of whack. There's a black strip on the right that cuts off the right edge of the check.

Being able to view past deposits on leave be
I also use two other banks and you are able to click on a past deposit and it brings the check you deposited (image) right up. Great feature to upgrade to.
Good App
Seems to work well and has about feature parity with the biggies. One thing I wish is that items that are pending would appear on the register for the checking account immediately. For example, checks deposited via the app, but not yet credited, or a bill payment that has been processed but not yet withdrawn.

Ye gods but I love this app
I can see all my account balances, pay all my bills (including the ones delivered electronically), transfer money, deposit my checks (people still use paper checks), and I can do it all securely from my phone whenever I need it. On top of that, a nice smooth and simple interface. What's not to like?
