Discount tire in Providence Utah
I appreciate the great service I received from the Providence discount tire store. I’ve been a return customer for over 25 years. Josh, Tyler and the whole crew have provided exceptional service to me and my family. I have received great advice and super deals on tires and service. they worked on my cars trucks and trailers. I can even call them for advice when I’m traveling around the country.

This app blows. I tried to enter my location several times to no avail as well as add my vehicle. This app needs to be shut down and overhauled. Isn’t there a show for that now, app overhaul. Lol

This is not for the large Discount Tire chain
I don’t know if everyone else just can’t read, or they just don’t pay attention, but this app says right in the description that it is not for the Discount Tire chain that is all over the US. It is for a smaller chain that is in Cache Valley, Utah. There are only 2 stores.
I will admit that this app is not the best, but if you don’t live in Cache Valley, Utah the app won’t work for you.

Really, Discount Tire?!
First, I live in Ohio, not Rhode Island... I’m unable to pick from a store in my own state. Yes, my location is on. No, there are no options to enable location for this app in-app or in the settings. Looking through the app version history, all off this app’s shortcomings (which is virtually everything) claim to have been corrected, yet not one of them have. Get serious, guys!

Worthless App
What a lousy app. You can’t enter your favorite store or anything else. The company should be ashamed that this poor excuse for an app is even available. It should immediately be taken off the AppStore and the web content VP should be FIRED!!!!! Shameful!!!!!

Store locator not working
Basic feature to find a store close by and schedule an appointment does not work. Disappointed.
Worst app ever
Discount tire paid someone to write this app? It doesn't do anything. Does not use location on iPhone or allow you to select a local location. Useless. I do not live in Utah!

Can't even give me a location. Appointments are useless because they never take your vehicle at the appointed time. The app should have a sign into account when it starts.

I got this App so I can find the closest store in a hurry if I have a flat on the road. Only two stores are displayed Providence and Logan. Google and Safari do a much better job

Wrong location
IDK what's going on but this app worked fine before the last update and now it only gives me locations in Rhode Island. I'm in Oklahoma City. Yes my location is on. Maybe another bug?

You should pull this app and get it fixed. Can't find my location, can't add my vehicles, doesn't give any feedback while it's working. Discount Tire is a great company and this app hurts your brand.
