App will not allow for store locator to be useful. Utah is the only location on this app.
Can’t open app
I downloaded this app and when I tried and open it it don’t work it keeps closing out I guess there is a bug in it so you can’t open it.
Can’t even log in!!
App for a not of much value if you are unable to log in after signing up. And it doesn’t end there! I thought perhaps I had made an error in the password. (Even though I copy>pasted it into my password application when it was created & reversed the process when attempting to log into the Discount Tire app.) So I attempted the ‘reset password’ process. And after two attempts several days apart, I never received a password reset email in my inbox or spam folders. Complete waste!

Where to start with……
You will not be able to select a store outside of the three that are pre-loaded in the app. All three are in Utah; so what am I supposed to do? Drive from Tennessee to Utah for an appointment? Especially when there is one less than a mile from my house?
Discount Tire has my business for the foreseeable future. The app was recommended by an employee there. You guys need to please fix your app. Your local store is killing the competitors here. If I was a new customer and I had to decide based off the app, I would go to Walmart instead.
The local store employees are the rockstars of the tire world. They’re what sells the product and services. They treat everyone with respect and they’ll go the distance for me.

App won’t open
I just downloaded this app but it won’t open. When I click on it it comes up for less then a second then closes. I reset my phone and re installed and it still will not work.
