Horrible app
This app is by far the worst app I’ve ever attempted to use. There are so many issues it boggles the mind. First is the fact that the app only acts well as an appointment scheduler, but the process of shopping for products isn’t actually part of the app. The app seems to merely wrap around the website, and does a poor job of that.
Second, attempting to manage the vehicles in your garage is an exercise in futility and frustration. You search for a car, add it to your garage - go back to your garage, it’s not there, and a the cherry on top is that it has been erased from your “recently searched” vehicles.
Third, when I say I want to shop all of the tires, stop asking me questions and just put up the list of tires! It takes two or three more clicks for the app to finally relent and show me the list. I get it - Discount Tire spent a ton of development time and money on its “shopping assistance” capabilities so they’re trying to make it seem like people are using them. But we aren’t.
Fourth, the app is buggy as all get out when displaying specific products. Sometimes it shows the information, sometimes it pukes partway through and gives you garbage.
Fifth, I have nothing left in my shopping cart, but I keep getting emails saying I do!
I’ll stop now, but there is definitely more that could be said about this Franken-app…

Great store, horrible app
I installed this app to make scheduling appointments easier, but the store locator map doesn’t work. Keeps giving an error message and says that it cannot locate stores in any area I select. Even with areas where there are known stores.

I’ve been waiting to get tires for my jeep, and they said the tires I wanted would be available in May. I waited until June 17th to see if they were available and on the app they said available at a store close by, so I through they would transfer the tires from the local store where they showed available. I purchased the tires through the discount tire app and scheduled to have them put on. When I went to have the tires installed, they told me they were still on pre release and were not available. Why would they sale me tires that are available. Not sure if the issue is with false information from the app or if it is a poor business practice of Discount tires. Not happy at all with them!!!

Your app sucks , it doesn’t give you the option to set up an account , customer service is great but I do find that they really never has a tire I want and end up spending way more than I can afford , I do shop at this tire company more than never
Just Don’t Waste Time On The App
The app leaves the app for discounts website you then must log into. Why bother with the app? There is 0 benefit to the app it only wastes time, and scheduling an appointment is a week out😭 No Thanks
rip off
I just paid $100 for 1 tire plug and 5 lug nuts. Evidently if the lug nuts weren’t so big it would have been cheaper however those same lug nuts are on Amazon at about $1.50 each. Last money I’ll ever spend at discount tire, hope the mark up was worth it.
This app is very bad
I like discount tire. I’ll continue to shop there. It may be worth considering this app does more harm than good. It’s that bad. This app is kinda like having your fly down. I’m just telling you ya, It’s embarrassing but not business relationship ending.
Fix the app
The journey on the app is lacking. You can’t update when you arrive, I’ve been at the location for 30 min and the app still says on my way. I should be able to click when I arrive atleast.
App doesn’t work

Not the company of old
The company use to be great when they honored appointments. Now its joke and they should take it off the app and cancel all appointments. It’s just another corporate pig screwing over people. Looking for a mom and pop place.
Flawed Appointment Scheduling
I've been using your website and mobile app for over 3 years to attempt to schedule appointments while in the Killeen, Texas area. All my attempts shows appointments are not available in the next 7 days, which is not true, according to employees I have spoken with when I visit your stores in person. Now that I am visiting family in Virginia, I am in need of flat tire repair. As I am on your website and mobile app on Sunday, March 15, 2026, looking for Discount Tire stores near Suffolk, Virginia, no stores have appointments in the next 7 days except for one store that has one slot for March 16, 2026. Please have your website and mobile app support team to figure out why your appointment scheduling feature is flawed.

Ridiculous that this app even exists
You can't modify an appointment. You can't see the historic of your purchases.
If somebody sends you a quote online, they won't see the payment made and a double charge is possible.
Rebates on a quote won't instantly apply, so check your total as you may overpay.
This app is just a store and tire finder but in no way helps keeping a customer's profile up to date.

Worthless App
This app is damn near completely worthless. It's essentially a store locator. I want to see purchases brands of purchases. What was replaced (front, rear or all) App needs much improvements .... for it to be an app!!

Doesn’t let me add / schedule/ nothing . It says I made an appointment. And added vehicle. Shows me the proof. You click back, it’s all gone and have to redo it. Also no confirmation email or text so that’s how you know it didn’t even work. Done this multiple times
