This app is a disaster. I have to daily delete and reinstall is to link to the health app and sync data pathetic Discovery
Broken App
The app takes long to load and personal health pathways have been broken for months
Password and face id problem
My password works but app just goes in loop to face id and then wanting to log in again. Never logging in
Deeply frustrating
Dead slow. Several aspects may not load at all. Exercise data lost or fails to update. Health checks completed are not acknowledged. Redeemed vouchers aren’t removed. Dev team does maintenance without warning at any time of the day, disabling key functionality during normal working hours (what professional app team does that?).

Not my favourite Discovery app
This is by far the worst app from Discovery. In comparison to the other apps it does not fare well. It’s slow and not user friendly.
Major performance issues
Your health app has major performance issues, even compared to Discovery and Discovery bank app.

I have been trying to use the app for quite some time now everytime I try logging in it takes me back to the login page

This app does nothing the discovery app didn’t already do but worse and more confusing.
Was it just to appease ExCo with the cute gamified animated BS?
Why did I just have to redownload the OG because this kak keeps redirecting me to its functions. Why aren’t the FAQs bundled in the app?? Everytime I click a ‘learn more’ —which confuses more than it explains— it wants to open Safari!
All I want is to deal with my medical expenses efficiently and without losing my sanity.
How has the UX and systems gotten so much worse overtime? Is everyone wearing their manager hats and AI blinkers?
I think I’m going to start calling through every time just to run up your call centre costs and have them walk me through things like I’m a geriatric technophobe. It would probably be more efficient for my time anyways.

I authenticated initially, but the app keeps in returning to the login button, I press it , it thinks, then returns me to the login button. I have been trying to link the app with apple health for the past week everyday. Please try to resolve that

One of the worst apps
The app constantly crashes or fails to load properly.
Password error
Why does it always say my password is wrong? It works the first few times when I log in then eventually it says that it’s incorrect and I have to keep changing it all the time. It’s very annoying.
Poor app
No idea how this app manages a 4.4 average when there are so many bad reviews. App falls far short of expectations. Multiple calls to Discovery and still details are not updated on the app. Discovery needs to reconsider this app and why there is the need for the gold app as well as the banking app. And Vitality call center can’t help and the tech staff won’t deal with members. The purpose of the PHB is to encourage members to be healthy, if members join the program Vitality should not be charged for.

Even when you have a health check the wallet does not update so without active results on the app you have no idea of what discovery has recorded and what not. Time to revisit the app from the members perspective not the developers. It also keeps on redirecting you to the website T&C’s yet there is no real guidance on actual actions you need to take.
