Faurd app
It started with a ₹3 demo/trial charge. After that, an AutoPay subscription was enabled. When I was not satisfied with the service, I tried to remove the AutoPay. However, I was unable to delete it. When I contacted PhonePe Support, they informed me that Disha Health had put the AutoPay on hold, which is why I could not remove it myself.
After that, I contacted Disha Health many times. The biggest problem is that they have no proper customer support. There is no customer care number, no human executive to speak with, and only AI chat responses. There is no proper way to get help from a real person.
After repeatedly messaging them, they clearly told me that no future charges would be deducted from my account and that I should not worry.
Despite that assurance, ₹499 was automatically deducted from my account on July 2, and another ₹499 was deducted again on July 4. That means ₹998 was deducted within the same month without my consent.
As soon as I noticed the deductions, I immediately contacted Disha Health. At first, they clearly refused to provide any refund.
However, after I shared a screenshot of their own message promising that no future charges would be deducted, they argued with me for several days. Eventually, they admitted their mistake and assured me that my full refund would be processed within 3–5 days.
Now, even after more than 6 days, when I contacted them again regarding my refund, they changed their statement and claimed that the previous refund information provided to me was incorrect. This means Disha Health has repeatedly provided me with misleading and contradictory information.

Refund report autopay

Bad experience save your money
My experience with the Disha AI app has been extremely disappointing.
During the free trial, only three exercise videos were provided, and even after purchasing the subscription, the same content kept repeating. There is no real value or new content — just the same videos again and again.
It feels like a complete waste of money and mentally frustrating.
I would strongly advise others to avoid subscribing to this app and save their money. Thanks

Scam
Fooling people by charging minimum amount .They claim the diet plan will be shared only after a call verification but the call verification is totally a scam ,the microphone doesn’t work and they cannot hear your voice stating which your diet plan is kept on hold.

I want to delete my app of Disha ai which I download on 12 march and after 2,3 day my payment of 299 was already debited by autopay before a month , but when I’m deleting my autopay it was debiting my 299 again within a month. Why i will pay again in month when it already debited 299. There is no one to solve my quire it give me a no. But it was not reachable.

Unable to Cancel Subscription & Unauthorized Charges
I’ve tried multiple times to cancel my subscription, but it still hasn’t been stopped. Money continues to be deducted from my account despite repeated attempts. The helpline is absolutely useless…it’s just a bot with no real support, and there’s no way to get actual help. This is extremely frustrating and feels completely unfair. Very disappointing experience. it feels like a complete fraud. Don’t download or subscribe them

Do not download or take subscription of this app. I have taken subscription and now I want to cancel it but there is no option to cancel it . In chat, bot is confirming subscription got cancelled and you will not charged. But I have been charged again and there is no way to cancel it . There is no support customer care nothing . Fraud app. Huge fraud

For the trial period - they will be very pro active method but as soon as the money is deducted from the account- it will be unresponsive. Chats or Calls will be initiated only if requested everyday.
Problem with this is - I would have worked on myself itself if i wouldn’t require daily reminders from someone else. All the calls planned as discussed in the intro calls never happened,
They have shared a support number which is not on whatsapp and no way to get the refund processed or actually have someone to give my feedback.

Unfair Auto-Pay and Poor Customer Service
I took a ₹3 trial plan, but after 4 days ₹299 was auto-deducted for a one-month plan without my consent. I contacted customer support many times, but there is no response at all. Auto-pay option is unclear and refund support is very poor..Worst customer service. If the admin is reading this, please respond and process my refund

Do not use, waste of money
The service quality changed completely after payment. During the trial, Disha AI Coach was very responsive, but once I paid for the monthly plan, communication dropped and follow-ups were rare. It feels more like a money-driven service than a genuine coaching platform. I wouldn’t recommend it based on my experience
