Great Store But Needs Tweaks
I think this a great app but the store needs to include a “notify me” button when items I like are back in stock by e-mail. When ordering items tracking is great and options for returns are easy. They restock items frequently but when an item is out of stock it disappears from the website. I’d still like to be able to save it to my wishlist or like the item to return to it when it is in stock. Some items are not listed online but are in the store. I wish more items were in store. I wish my 10% discount worked online as well as in store with having a Disney card. I wish the jewelry was not made of brass and coated with gold or platinum. I really wish the jewelry was better quality. Some are silver but it’s minimal. The brass turns everyone’s skin green, it really is a waist of money. I know people who would pay extra for better quality pieces.

Well it’s wrong because I downloaded the app to check I went on it and searched “boys” and 1’000 results came up so I’m not sure what this person is talking about please download the app it’s great!

Low stock
Often try to buy an item in low stock only to get an error at checkout. If it’s out of stock then remove it or delete the item

Sexist against men and boys
There is hardly any men or boys apparel. Endless amounts of women and girls. Whoever runs the Disney Store should resign. Truly a joke.

So I got a account on the website and so I got the app and when I was putting in the info it said to go the the website and said delete the account and just went back in the app so this was happening for a while and so I got tired of it so I deleted it so now when I tried on the app it said eorr so idk what to do now :(

Not for boys.
As a parent of three boys, it’s just weird being a Disney fan anymore. There’s nothing just for them anymore. Everything is “girls” or “unisex”. It’s ridiculous. If girls are allowed things that are created for them, why can’t boys have things that are created for them? I guess it would be sexist to say “this is for boys”? But it’s not sexist to say “this is for girls”? I’m sure this will be attacked as sexist and baseless, just like any push back on this topic, even though it can be proven. Try this: on the site, search “for boys”. One item. A “birthday boy” shirt. Everything else is labeled “for kids”. Now search “for girls”. Almost 2,000 results that specify “for girls”, not just “kids”. Try this next: search “men’s shirts”. Almost nothing. Everything is “for adults”. Now search “women’s shirts”. Pages and pages and pages on things labeled for women. Such a weird time we’re living in with horrible double standards. Disney is the worst culprit.

Unable to make a purchase for private access
Horrible service I was not able to add the item to my cart on the application or online called customer service and they expressed they could not assist me. Very frustrating eventually it allowed me, but I was not able to purchase the item was out of stock
Stuck Loading
I can’t get past the opening loading screen and it’s been this way for months despite factory resetting my phone for another reason. The app is great and 5 stars otherwise - this is a beacon for help :(

There is a ton of items that immediately catch my attention, and I genuinely enjoy buying them. Every time I walk in, I get excited because the selection is so amazing and there’s always something new and fun to discover. The merchandise is high quality, and the variety is perfect for any Disney fan. I always leave feeling happy and satisfied with my purchases. Highly recommend!
