Pictures/job Info/ etc
Why does it show optional domain error photos still and when you clear out photos it still ask to delete before you reach 100? Also sometimes when dispatch puts job info you can’t always see the information written.

Useless upgrade
I have been in the towing industry for 6+ years now and with both companies that I have worked with we have used Dispatch anywhere and I can tell you without every upgrade app has made you do it has made it worse. It is less user-friendly with each upgrade, and it’s really not meant to be used on his cell phone while driving the creators seem to be ignoring all of us that are actually using their app and continue to go the opposite direction so if you are a towing company out there that is thinking about using this app, please save yourself the headache, and the moneyand look at another app. There are plenty more out there that are much better and less problematic.

Customer receipt
Need to be able to email a customer a complete receipt so they can get reimbursed by there insurance company not just the cc size receipt. Should be able to print directly from the the receipt screen

I think the app works great sometimes uploading pictures is a little sketchy other than that I think the app is great but one thing I would like to see is a pause button thank you.

A few changes would be nice
My biggest complaint is the presence of auto correct in the name field where customers sign the tow ticket, I’m not sure if that’s something you can change or if it’s just a dumb iPhone thing.
Also, it would be GREAT if we could add our own sounds for notifications, particularly on iPhone as you can not customize notification sounds for individual 3rd party apps..
Other than that and needing seriously good internet connection for the app to work correctly it’s great.

This app could be better
The photo uploads hardly work. I have to sit and wait. Which prevents me from clearing out my job. 7/10 I end up having to call dispatch and have them close the job out for me. Which I have already arrived at my other job by that time. Which means I have to keep the photos of the jobs on my phone which takes up space just in case a customer says I damaged their vehicle which is annoying.
Also, this app need an “on shift”, toggle button so I can remain on the app to write down the info on the jobs I had done without dispatch sending me more work because technically I’m supposed to be off work.
For these reasons 3/5 stars. I’ll change my review once this app as implemented better photo uploads and a “on shift” or “hey I’m working send me jobs” button.

Dark mode
Took off a few days and came back to dark mode. Great feature. Please make it switchable rather so we don’t have to turn off dark mode on the entire device to run it during the day
