Worst route planning
It’s annoying to have to scan twice before you can load your car, the first scan to number the packages in the sequence and the second to accept the packages. It used to be all on one step,.
Great app
We have been using them almost 2 years now. Great app and amazing support. What Dispatch Science is doing for logistics is game changing. Their platform is robust, powerful, and works. From the backend side, the app is as good as you make it. Because it’s so robust and capable, it requires thought and energy to make it work how you want. It can do almost anything. 9/10 complaints I’ve had were my own fault, not Dispatch Science.
