Help….
I have tried everything I can do create an account and it’s not allowing me too sadly.. I also can’t figure out where to get in app support because all pages lead to 404 error pages. Can someone help me understand why I’m not able to create an account? Thank you!! 😁
Unable to create account
Is this app even supported anymore? Able to download to device but unable to create an account to login to even use the app. The privacy policy or report a problem links route to a 404 page.

I did vibe club with Maggie a year or so ago and I am just getting back to the podcast and heard about this app. It is awesome! It makes everything so easy, I love that i can plan right on my phone, and the guided questions are perfect to help see where i need to focus. I love the tracking. Love this app!
I have been using this app as a vibe club member for a while and it has helped me change my relationship with food! No more food guilt and I’m able to lose weight eating the foods I love. It helps me be more mindful of what is going on with my body and the food I put in it.
Great tool!
This helps me see my patterns with food. It’s totally different from calorie counting or macro tracking. This helped me get to why I overeat and prompts me to think about my reasons for eating more. This is that “different” thing you need to try. I’ve been on every diet since the early 90s and this is finally something I can see myself doing from now on! Try it!

Best thing you can do for yourself for weight loss
Using this app to plan your meals is a real game changer when it comes not only to weight loss, but shifting your mindset about how to lose weight! Being able to collect data of what you’re eating and how much is off plan helps you realize the obvious and very easy ways to eat less. Having a planner that is user friendly and intuitive really makes a difference. Using a planner and seeing your overeats and followed plan allows you to get real with yourself about what you’re eating and why you can’t lose weight it’s made a huge difference for me!!

Great weight loss tool
Great app to have to check off meals and stay on track for aiding in overeating. The journal prompts help get in tune with my thoughts about the meal instead of mindless eating.

No More Drama
I am someone who suffers from decision fatigue A LOT. This app has been a great tool as I work to remove the decision drama from my daily eating. What a game changer for my mental health. Amazing!
This is a great app that follows Maggie Sterling’s approach to weight loss. I followed Maggie’s “Lose weight with your brain” podcast for years, and always wanted something like this to be able to track my data. I tried making my own data sheets, but I’m so glad there is this now. This is so easy to use and very helpful for gathering the data you need.

Finally! I have ditched my diet!
This is just what I needed after being a listener to Burn Fat With Your Brain podcast for years. I have easily been planning my meals, evaluating them, and creating data that I have reviewed to assist me in a more targeted approach to planning in the future . This has helped to mitigate the risk of eating foods off plan. I have been able to pinpoint that I need to be mindful of my thoughts and actions mid afternoon as this was when I was mostly overeating. Such a helpful tool! Along with the podcast. I’m losing weight and feeling great and in control of my brain around food for the first time in my life. I have ditched my diet!

Planning my meals has helped me so much in becoming mindful about what I eat, when, and for what reason…seems simple….but having a place to put down both my thought and food plans has been a GAME CHANGER. Game Changer for Weight Loss
The Ditch Your Diet app has been tremendously helpful to make intentional choices around food which leads to weight loss. The “ate when hungry” and “stopped at enough” feature next to each meal you plan ensures you concentrate on not overeating and listening to your body. In addition, journal prompts make you actually think about why you made choices, and you can begin to learn your habits around food and overeating. The concepts are simple to implement and something I can see myself easily doing for the rest of my life!

I’ve tried tons of weight loss apps, but love how this focuses on the mental aspect of food and listening to your body. The planner helps me prepare for the following day and helps reduce impulses for emotional or stress eating. The process is slow and steady but worth it!
