Reframed my Relationship with Food
Love this app! I am more motivated to track my food via photos compared to traditional food logging. Using photos and the helpful prompts gave me a more holistic perspective, allowing me to dive more deeply into my habits and understand what was driving my eating behavior. It has changed me at the core, and I am experiencing a fundamental shift that has helped me relax and enjoy food and a healthier life. After a lifetime of going on and off diets, I am finding this approach to be the real deal.

Amazing App for nutrition and lifestyle changes
A must download if you are looking to change your relationship with food, your body and your habits. Great advise from a person with a fresh different opinion on nutrition and how to fuel your body and brain.
Wise Mind Nutrition is a game-changing app for those hungry for nuance in nutrition!
This App is a game changer for helping to navigate nutrition in a balanced and nuanced way. Nutrition is different for all of us, and this program helps to give much-needed language to express this. There was SO MUCH learning from this program. Some key highlights for me? Carbohydrates! Add them back in to help reduce unplanned snacking. Meal timing strategies, based on your personalized eating window. A food log cheat sheet. The role of dietary restraint in binge eating. The role of neuroscience in our brain’s response to ultra-processed foods. A visual portion guide. Using nutrition to recover from addiction. Body image My favourite module was #33 - Are you disconnected from food? This module put scientific language and a framework around challenges that people face when stuck in a trap of ultra-processed foods.
I liked the level of scientific rigour in this program. There were links for more information, which was all referenced. The level of nuance. This program helped to create a path forward for trying to find a place in how we think about food and nutrition in ways that are non-polarizing.
This is the first program that I think effectively does “both-and” around body positivity, body neutrality, relationship with food, and navigating this in an environment full of ultra-processed foods.
I appreciated the “Evaluation” before and after, and how it captured before and after DATA, not opinion.
I would highly recommend this program. It is complete with tools, resources and links for those who are hungry for more.

Quality over Quantity
I dove into the WMN App looking for balance with food and it delivered! I went through the program last spring/summer and have been able to sustain the changes I made. My mental and physical health continue to improve. CPTSD and EDs are no joke! This App provides affordable, compassionate, and well thought out solutions to everyday life for people at all levels of struggle.
