Trash services
This Music distribution services is too bad. I paid two $59 to them for releasing my Music within three days, but it didn’t give me any confirmation about that and show my project in bucket list as incomplete. Its service centre is too trash. They don’t give you reply for a day and two. I also sent so many mails to them regarding my problem but they didn’t respond it properly. Nd They usually log out your account from the system without any reason and if you try to login again, they don’t login in your account for 4,5 hours.

I will never Advises someone to deal with Ditto music , because they’re not professional, 3 month work, 3 good album 💿 1 EP and 1 single song, my friend told me about this Ditto music plateforme, he said that I can create an account and subcribe to pro or standard plan, they charge me for pro plan and I have evidence . I chosed to start with standards, I uploaded all my hard work to this plateforme, yesterday friday 31st 2026 around 10pm i was checking my email and I found out the charges of $39.99(pro plan) price . I request to get a refund, the e-mail never got deliver, a couple minuit when I checked the progression of my release, like by magic everything was down. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Updated the app now my songs, analytics and everything are gone. It’s charging me for a whole new plan now even though when I log in online I have an active plan and all of my music is there.

Accusing people of artificially streaming is something that I think would offend anyone.
They have the nerve to do it because they don’t want to see anyone succeed. They don’t tell you who these culprits are who are claiming this then they want to threaten you. At this point you don’t have to suspend because I quit and will another platform to promote my music

Ich kann zwar alles über die Internetseite sehen. Aber wenn die App auch die Möglichkeit gibt die Anzahl der Streams zu sehen. wäre es Super wenn sie auch funktionieren würde.

I subscribed to Ditto Music because it was advertised as offering unlimited releases professional distribution and a clear processing window. My experience has not matched what was advertised.
Before releasing a single song I scheduled four upcoming releases. All of them were original and professionally produced. Even with only four scheduled releases I received a warning telling me that I was uploading too much and that my account could face issues if I continued. This does not make sense on a plan that is marketed as unlimited.
When I asked for clarity the explanations did not line up with the way the service is promoted. The platform advertises a seven to sixteen day processing window but support recommends uploading three to four weeks in advance. They also say uploads are unlimited but uploading too many can trigger restrictions. These two things do not match.
What concerns me most is that the only consistent solution they offer is to pay for Priority Distro. The same upload volume that triggers warnings on the standard plan becomes acceptable if you pay extra. That creates the impression that the platform is structured to push users toward paid add ons rather than delivering the service that is advertised.
I did not violate any guidelines. I did not upload spam or low quality audio. I simply scheduled four releases and that alone was treated as a problem.

Artists deserve transparency so they can choose a distributor that actually supports their workflow without hidden restrictions or pressure to upgrade.

Hat man aber ein Album definiert und zur Veröffentlichung in Auftrag gegeben, ist die Liste der Tracks des Albums quasi nicht zu nutzen. Man kann weder die Textdaten (Titel, Künstler, Autor,…) lesen noch kann man die Stücke abspielen. Der Playbutton in der Trackliste ist unbrauchbar. Jetzt kann ich also weder lesen noch hören, welche meiner Lieder zur Veröffentlichung anstehen.
Zum Verwalten der veröffentlichen Tracks also nicht geeignet. Da muss nachgebessert werden.
