The app won’t even log me in. My login works great on the website, but doesn’t work on the app. Customer service is somewhat belligerent in their advice to get me to reset my password… the one that works one one product but not the other. Please, management hear me and all of us and if your app! Pay some devs! We beg you!

Abandoned in place?
Log in is not valid user? I can use the website fine. Based off reviews and updates on the App Store this app does not appear to be actively used or atleast supported.
MUCH NEEDED UPDATE!
as title implies… this app is soo outdated they need to update their app. with the option to pay directly to the principal.
Impossible to login
impossible to log in, the same password and ursename works on the website but not in the app, the app update is terrible, a lot of complaints and they don't solve the problem.

App is not updated frequently for any improvement.
As mentioned by other users app will not send any email or text confirmation of your payments. You have to wait for 24 hours to see if your payment was processed. Horribly slow to schedule payment.
Can't see or confirm if you have scheduled payment more than once. Security also appears to be very week.
Overall bad application design and users experience is worst.
