About connection
It is completely waste of money it’s water resistant quality is very best but after resetting my watch I’m trying to connect it from DIZO application but it is not working o tried from many phones but now it doesn’t has capability to give confirmation

Hello Dizo, You guys are doing Really Great in improving the our user experience ! Thank you so much for that ! But still I feel some need of improvement in the app’s custom dial option . Things that Needs improvement :
1- Please provide us the feature to set the time position by our choice by just simply dragging it freely anywhere on the screen .
2-Provide us more Font styles for Time .
3-Provide us more beautiful watch faces both free and paid ! I would like to especially request for apple style watch faces.

Please update the new dial center for new wallpapers or features, so users can add their own custom moving wallpapers for example or even a GIF.
App doesn’t recognize it’s own QR Code
The watch is useless since I can’t get it to connect to the app anymore and transfer my workout and health data. Looks like I am going to finally have to break down and buy an Apple Watch.

On feb 29 th my Dizo watch 2 sports is stopped working
App is not connecting to my Dizo watch 2 sports because the watch was stopped at 5 30 am on feb 29 th. I have updated the application in order to reset and connect my watch, but didn’t help Give a solution as soon as possible Worst service experience from dizo

Funcionava bem. De alguns meses pra cá parou de notificar no relógio as mensagens do celular. Não sei se é problema no relógio ou no aplicativo.

I have the worst experience ever, since so long my watch is not connecting to this worst app.. not even the support team is answering the calls and i am mot getting any help.. i dont know in which bad time i bought this watch and wasted my money on this
Waste app
Having Amoled screen watch, but no good watch faces. Waste useless watch, no customisation. Better buy Boat watches they provide customisation and more features. AOD is so dumb, can’t change brightness, not visible outdoors. What to do with so many days battery life if we can’t use well the product according to need.

Please make it syncing to apple health.

This apps unable to update Apple health or link with Google fit. This is very important for a smartwatch to do so. Please improve it!
