Hello, thank you for your feedback. We understand the situation and are sorry for the confusion around the subscription. The subscription was intended to include a 7-day free trial, but due to a setup issue, the trial was not applied correctly. We understand how frustrating this may be. Since the payment was made through the Apple App Store, Apple requires refund requests to be submitted by the customer through Apple’s own refund page. We are not able to issue the refund directly from our side, but we fully support your refund request. As a goodwill gesture, we have also emailed you and provided 1 year of complimentary DizzOut Premium access free of charge. DizzOut Team
