Non functioning
maybe because i am a non citizen of Bhutan. i was invited to join the bank to be able to purchase TER coin, but the app won't let me sign up. i get to a certain point(Mpin creation and authentication) and it freezes/stops functioning. I've tried to email the help center of the bank with no response

Love the UI however it would be extremely helpful if there were an option to link or switch the login method to an email address instead since im no longer residing in Bhutan and not having access to my phone number means not having access to the app🤷♀️

No bank statements
There is no feature to generate Bank statements. You have to mail the DK Bank for bank statements for which you need to write application and send selfy.
I tried telling them their statement generation feature is not working but there is no feedback back.
