This app should have a feature where users can receive otp via there email since it’s more convenient for Bhutanese living abroad. Very hard to register for mbob. Need to make the process much easier

- No option to contact the bank through the app
- Statement request takes longer time
- “statement sent to email” is never received 😡😡😡
- feedback to the bank must be within the app for review and update purposes.

This is one of the worst app and people working there doesn’t know what they are doing? I could not transfer any money to this account. Doesn’t deserve one star.
