AI SECOND OPINION (DIA) Saved consultations can be analyzed with DIA (Doctor Intelligence Assistance) for structured clinical insights and follow-up questions in a private chat. HISTORY Browse past consultations, open reports, export PDFs, and manage records from History. AI CHAT (DIA) Ask medical questions, drug information queries, and clinical guidance with conversation history. APPOINTMENTS & VIDEO Patients can book visits; doctors can manage appointments and join video consultations when enabled. SECURE ACCESS - Doctor accounts are reviewed before access is granted - Role-based feature access controlled by administrators - Biometric sign-in (Face ID / Touch ID) supported - AI processing is handled under HIPAA-aligned agreements (including a BAA with Anthropic for Claude) DKAI is designed for professional clinical workflows, not as a consumer self-diagnosis app.
