Worst service
Very poor experience with DocOnline. Doctors often do not call during the selected appointment time. When I contact customer care, they say the doctor tried to call but there was a technical issue.
Instead of fixing the issue, they ask me to book another appointment. This is completely inconvenient and a waste of time.
If a customer books an appointment for a specific time, the doctor should call at that time. DocOnline needs to seriously improve its service and customer support
