Tripwire notification
Hi does anyone know if the new update has stopped sending me notifications for tripwire or intrusion I have an iPhone with the recent update it worked before all these updates.

Stop asking for credentials
The app was fine until the last update, it keeps bugging the user for login credentials only for the app, very annoying when you need to open it and check camera’s image quickly.
Never works when you need it
Had someone outside my house last night so I went to look on the camera and guess what, it wouldn’t upload the camera feed. What a surprise. This is the most useless app ever!!

Would of got 5 stars a year ago,lately each update is shocking bad,1 star now

Most useless security app. Camera feed won’t upload using mobile data or wi-fi.

I can’t even get in
Apparently a usb mouse and keyboard are required to get in. What the actual? All my antique stores are sold out of those.
Disastrous Update nothing works!!
Since the last 3 updates in the last couple months, this app no longer shows live and good luck trying to see any playback!! App used to work well but now whoever dies these updates must be standing in their heads as they’ve made this go backwards!! Go back to basics and make this app work again. Why don’t to know what tired doing, do frustrating? I’m trying to keep my home safe! And as far as the 5 star reviews what the heck you all talking about????

Setting alerts
Was going ok until updates. I want to set movement alerts between 7pm and 7am but now won’t let me. What’s going on developers? Really need to sort this out. ??

2 months ago i would have given this a 5 star. Since the new notification on the main dashboard no longer honour the schedule notification settings then its a 3 star. I now have switched notifications off. This is the second time this has been broke.
Broken in latest update
I use my cameras without signing into their servers, for privacy. They’re not liked to anything, and now the app won’t load unless I log in. Busted
False alarms
After two recent updates- 1st Jul 26, there seems to be no-end of false alarms.
Why?
Why the app is forcing me to create an account?
No notifications
Since the new update, I am not getting any notifications when someone approaches the house this is putting a danger it’s a glitch in the system never had a problem before the update always had a trip and the motion detector on and they both worked until the new update. Before that this app was excellent.

Has Potential but lacking as of 2026
The desktop app especially is restricted to a mobile size view, ie very small? Many features need work to be seriously useful. Given we the age of AI that we are in this should updated ASAP.

When any Human was detected it i used to check in Events and it used to display image now after the update it is it working kindly fix this issue really need
Notifications are screwed up
This software has regressed since the update. All the notifications were working fine within day and timebands, now only way to make some of them work (randomly) is via motion detection despite all the other features enabled. It was and remains an initiative piece of s/w. Fix it before I need to rip out the Dahua cameras!!
