App gripe
I have a few NVRs on my app and could click the 3 dots and select ‘move to the top’ It was very handy but now it’s not there anymore - bit frustrating but otherwise pretty good app
Useless app
Another update that does nothing for the users of the app, it’s rubbish, want to access it when you’re away from home, it don’t bother it only works occasionally.
Crashes
With the latest update I am unable to either use “Live View” or “Playback” when connected via Wi-Fi.

Times out
Works fine locally but if you travel outside your country it always times out. On WiFi or network doesn’t matter. If you ask developers for help you get no reply.
App slow /crashes
App does not properly control my camera . No contact info for support
Haptic feedback is really annoying!
Please remove the haptic feedback from playback and save the stream settings as it needs to be changed everytime. Very poor upgrade.
Latest update
This has always been my preferred NVR mobile app but the most recent update has caused the PTZ functionality not to work. I have tried on mine as well as a colleague and it does not work since the most recent update this week :(
Decent
Pretty good app but limited tech issue contact. The camera adjustment controller has been off line since upgrade
Ptz camera
New update will not let me control my ptz camera still works on my other phone that was not updated.
Broken
Last update completely broke the app. It struggles to open my cameras so badly that it can only show 1 of them. Used to show 4 at a time responsively, now a laggy mess.
Hard to use
If you are very tech and able to keep up with the ‘upgrades’ then this will be great. If you have only basic tech skills forget it. It will be useful for police to review footage but forget being able to easily find any vision you want or if you want to get notified of the sensors being triggered!
Can’t move the camera since the update last week
I have mobile cameras that I can move. But ever since the update about a few days ago, I can no longer move the cameras if there’s someway somehow the app developers can fix this.
PTZ
New update seems to not allow me to control my ptz. Please fix that bug and get your 5 stars back.

The app is a nightmare, they keep updates it and when you open again and select a camera to view you have to change back to HD as it is set on SD and when you close app after going back into the setting and saving it to HD , and reopen app it has gone back k to SD again , please fix’s
Video stream playing back it’s only on sub,it’s not playing back in main

Updates keep breaking the app
Whenever there’s an update, there’s always an issue. Last update has the device offline when opening. Takes a while for it to recognise it isn’t offline. All stream settings keep reverting and not saving. Have to enable HD every time I open the app.
Just keeps loading
This app is awful. Live view never loads, always buffering, playback always skips. I’m done with it. Going back to eyemax.
