Used to be great, but iOS 26.2 broke it
I used to use this app all the time to manage my custom DNS, but Apple’s latest update killed it. I’ll edit this review once the developer fixes the app—I just want to warn people in the meantime.

Výborná aplikace pro správu šifrovaných DNS v MacOS. Umí přepínat mezi různými profily a dokáže DoH a DoT. Za mně must have aplikace! Díky za ní!
Vynikající aplikace
Tuhle aplikaci jsem dlouho hledal a jsem rád, že existuje. Umí nastavit uvnitř aplikace několik nastavení šifrovaného DNS - třeba pro blokaci reklam NextDns nebo AdGuard.

Have used for a while, a great app and I use it in conjunction with adguard pro as a belt and suspenders type of config. Thank you, p.s. would love doq/quic
Very simple to use
Best DNS Sec app for DOH. Please fix Mac layout bug. It glitches on launch, you need to relaunch it or it gets jammed. Thank you

Must have app I use adguard also but when using vpn…have to remember to toggle on and off. Love this as my safety net and the flexibility to use on different ssid and other features I use this everywhere thank you

Doesn’t work on IpadOS 17.5.1
I bought the Pro version on the Apple Store but it does not work on IpadOS 17.5.1. In fact when you go to "settings - general - VPN and device management" the option to choose the APP does not appear. So I wasted money for nothing, even though it says on the Apple Store that the APP works for Iphone but also for Ipad...

Doesn’t Show Up in VPN Settings
Running iOS 17.5.1 on iPhone 15 Pro and it does not show up at all in VPN & Device Management under Settings > General. Cannot get it to work and I’m a very experienced IT person.

Thank you for your feedback. Please remember to enable the feature in the app; only then will the DNS Security option appear in your phone settings. You can try again or reinstall the app.
Great App for NextDNS Users
Some of us NextDNS users are frustrated over the fact NextDNS refuses to update their app and won’t add their DoT as an option to their app or configuration profile. This app does well to fill that void, it even includes a similar on and off button that the NextDNS app has
My only complaints are it doesn’t offer a way to use NextDNS’s DoQ (QUIC) standard and it tracks of things like your local address. If the developer simply stopped keeping track of things like local address, I would give this a 5 star rating.
I won’t penalize an app for not offering DoQ because the only way to enable DoQ on iOS is through a VPN connection since Apple doesn’t support QUIC natively on iOS yet. Still I would love to at least have the option to use QUIC.

Thanks. But sadly Youtube app use their own network service.(not work in Youtube App) You can try to use Youtube in Safari. (But works in Safari Youtube).
