Complete waste of time and money! Has never connected to Wi-Fi and the app is ZERO help and does not even allow to finish setup. TRASH!
Absolutely Does NOT WORK
Who ever developed this app has no clue how to develop apps. They should be given a raise and promoted to dish washer and should only clean toilets from now on.
Message cache bug
Every time I get an alert I have to clear my message cache before I can see the images. I’ve sent 2 support requests for this and never heard anything back. If they’d fix it, I’d rate higher as it’s otherwise decent.
Very good
Apart from having relatively slow loading speeds, it offers great features and is really easy to use. For a camera that’s £25, it’s not too bad. Defiantly recommend it.

Can't get to work any longer
I have used this app for a long time. All of a sudden it has quit working. Camera shows on line but will not connect. I deleted camera and started over and still won't work. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and now I can't sign in. If the company isn't supporting the app and cameras they should have to reimburse the camera costs to consumers. Use to work great but not will not work at all.

Bought camera on amazon. App is horrible. Doesn’t have support.

1) Doby is unable to do push notifications iphone 7s plus newest os.
2)Doby cam app does not show individual videos that were captured. The readout is impossible.
—- oddly enough 6 month old doby+ this feature works fine. Why the hell would you change it and make it unusable?

Lost notifications alerts.
I don't what happened. But i lost notifications alerts , now sensors motion detector not working properly.
Difficult to set up
We’ve had this now for several months - It was very difficult to set up - there is no contact information to talk to a person about it if you have any kind of issue. Now my app is saying that I need to update it but it doesn’t show me have and it looks like they’re been several updates since we purchased it. If someone could let me know how to update it that would be great!!!

Used to be good now it doesn’t work
This app just glitches and crashes every time you try to playback anything whats the point of buying an expensive camera if you cant look back at the videos horrible fix it!!

Not happy
When I first brought this product, I loved it. It had little problems here n there but I still loved it. So now that they update the product, I wish I never brought it. Because it keeps saying "the device isn't connected". When clearly its connected. I have to keep going into setting and set it up. Then B4 you know it 🤦🏽♀️ it's messing up again. I have it installed on my phone and tablet and I'm having problem with both of them.

Update issue
The app works great and the camera is fantastic. However, I was recently prompted to update the version I had and now either my camera is right side up but the view is inverted and the alert screen shots are upside down or vice versa. I have tried to invert the camera and it hasn't fixed the issue. I can't seem to get both images to be right side up anymore...

Good Stable App. Does not work as baby monitor
Says it can work to monitor infants and the elderly. I don't feel like this is a great use for the app. Even when I turn auto lock off it still eventually turns itself off. I'm back to purchasing another $200 baby monitor.
On the other hand, the app is rock solid. It connects very quickly; even remotely. The picture is good in the dark and low light (no zoom though).
Planning on repurposing it for home security while away. Im hoping the SD card and notification system will make it worthwhile.
