Tried dozens of times to create an account! If this is the way the company runs itself then probably just as well I can’t sign up, absolute bloody shambles!!

The call back for video time zone option is awful. The call back went straight to voicemail, the voicemail left was broken voice memo.

Awful to create an account and impossible to get an appointment in less then 3 hours, even if what was promised
Can’t log in
Set up an account but it just tells me that my details are wrong asked for a password reset but still have not received any email. Really does not say much for this application or help.
No Access Code
I have tried to sign up over 10 times and never received the access code. Good for nothing

Why offer the service if no one answers the calls. Wastes everyone’s time and prolongs illness

Useless. Don’t expect them do what they are supposed to offer. Needed urgent medical advice when abroad. Booked a call, supposed to be called back within one hour. Two days later no one has called!

App won’t accept username and password used for the website, so app is completely worthless

No available appointments on the day
What is the point of offering this service if one cannot get an appointment on the day. Ridiculous!
Unable to Register
App is asking for an access code but doesn’t explain what it is or how to get it, so cannot progress through the steps to create an account.
IS THIS SERVICE STILL RUNNING?
Tried setting up several times over several days but the access codes aren’t being sent or received.
Password reset
Battled for ages but couldn’t reset my password… despite following their guidelines… terrible for a medical app! I guess proof is only any good when you attempt to use it but this first impression is terrible

Useless app. Registered profile, received confirmation but app rejects login.
