Awful App

Simply, the app does not work. The doctor then tries to phone you and gets cut off. Then you lose your appointment.

Doctor didn’t show up- not the first time

Useless. App sends you 20 reminders demanding you to be on time for the appointment, and to not leave the waiting room, only to be stood up with a generic “doctor was delayed”

Doctors are late, blame you for bad quality, yet they don’t use the app, and call back on the phone instead - awful experience that never works, but when it does they cannot do anything except saying they don’t prescribe medicine online, unmotivated doctors, completely useless app

Please get this app updated, once you login it just takes you to book appointment and you can do nothing else terrible app
