Terrible NHS app

Absolutely laborious to put in and prove
my identity, wouldn’t accept my photo proof so finally had to phone my drs for 3 point identity proof. Finally managed to get accepted in the app this afternoon and accessed my medical records. but now, this evening, when I click on the app the screen is completely blank.
This NHS app isn’t worth even one star!

Ease of use

I found the white ticks on a pale green background difficult to read. It would be helpful if the contrast were greater.

Messages

Just received a message reminder for a appointment yesterday!!!

Info

It’s so random what info is on the app and what’s not. If GP/hospitals are not required to update the app, what’s the point in it? The only good thing about the app is being able to order prescriptions and see the status of the order.

All Good

Big steps/strides forward. App makes me feel more inclusive & less frustrated. Keep up the good work 👍✅👏
