Absolute pain to have to log on. Does not auto fill log details that are saved on my phone. So I have to go in to passwords and even then I have to type in NHS to find details which should already be there. Also another pain in the rear end - I have to go through this ridiculous long tedious process for EVERY notification to find out which of my 5 family members it is for !!!!!!!!! Stupidity designed by monkeys.

Useless
It fails to connect to the Anima app to contact my GP and loses all the information I have typed in every time I minimise it. Not use friendly and very slow.
Can be useful but so hard to get it working
I have used this app a few times, originally it worked however it did crash after an around a minute so I had to get the submission done quickly. Now when I try to use it, it loads a different screen which never actually loads and then won’t let me progress. The idea of the app is very helpful, however this is just a bad app, it doesn’t function well and is more complicated than it needs to be.

Very useful but need better interface
The app is very useful and certainly saves a lot of time for parents and doctors. But the interface needs improving as it can be difficult to navigate. Some pages have no back button so you have to quit to move back. Others don’t align the texts properly. Look forward to seeing improvements in the future.

Improved App is easier to use
This app is a lot better since it keeps you logged in! The past versions were too annoying with embedding the website(?) calling it an app and needing to log in and get text code each time you wanted to open it. It now stays logged in properly, easier to use and can use FaceID etc!
Shocking App - no point downloading
Absolutely shocking app. Not up to date at all. Can barely access records. What are we really paying taxes for if the NHS is constantly this shocking. Joke of an app. Will be deleting this now.
Was great til last update!
It’s now telling me it can’t do biometrics, go back to the login screen. But keeps going round in a loop and I can’t access the login screen. iOS. Not impressed as I need to order prescriptions. Gonna try deleting and reinstalling.
Utterly useless
Iv gone to use the online appointment booking today and literally can’t do it because the only option it’s asking is for a smear appointment! No good for a guy that. But then why am I not surprised when it’s an NHS app. Pathetic.
Missing data that was previously shown
After every update i lose all my test results or disconnected from one of my consultants so cant get the info needed, this is primarily due to ovepaid talentless app developers wasting tax payers money
Logged Out
A good App but it kept logging me out for my security. I was in the App a while as I was reading some test results and links attached.
I used a password and security number sent via phone so I would hope this provides enough security for the Users data.

Brilliant
Difficult to use
Eventually found how to repeat a prescription only to see ‘this page has been removed’. In a digital world I’m still now expected to get to my GP.

App is recently improved with more logical and helpful layout. However one of its most useful features has disappeared!

Absolutely laborious to put in and prove
my identity, wouldn’t accept my photo proof so finally had to phone my drs for 3 point identity proof. Finally managed to get accepted in the app this afternoon and accessed my medical records. but now, this evening, when I click on the app the screen is completely blank.

I found the white ticks on a pale green background difficult to read. It would be helpful if the contrast were greater.

It’s so random what info is on the app and what’s not. If GP/hospitals are not required to update the app, what’s the point in it? The only good thing about the app is being able to order prescriptions and see the status of the order.

Pretty rubbish
I’ve struggled to get hold of my health data, which I needed my GP practise to link.
Unfortunately this still isn’t working - I can see only basic information, my GP practise has stated that ‘it should work’ unfortunately it doesn’t
