Could be much better
It’s okay but I’ve lost all my old appointment notes and test results after changing GP. Also, there is no way to contact tech support to report this and other issues.
Ok but….
The messaging service the app offers clearly doesn’t work when it comes to contacting your gp. Twice I’ve sent messages to my practice and neither has been received. There’s no sent box so there’s no proof that you’ve sent the messages either.
No good
I managed to register and log in once. The app has now frozen and does nothing. Possibly due to the latest iOS update?

Absolute bilge
This app is unfit for purpose, terrible to navigate & Has inaccurate information. It is just as rubbish & unreliable as all other NHS services

The app is amazing and very easy to access and use. However, I'm disappointed that my previous records aren't available. I was expecting to see my earlier history, but it's missing.
Terrible app
For such an important app, I’m utterly astonished at just how bad it is! Or perhaps that’s the intention – they deliberately want to make it difficult and confusing for people to be able to make an appointment to see their GP.

Dealing with the length of time a frustrations when try to deal directly with medical organisations - hospitals, clinics, health centres etc, having this app is such a relief.

Where do I start?
It’s now ten times more difficult to find anything. Doesn’t help that the NHS seems to choose at random whether to convey information by text, email, letter or app (which might be with or without a notification). I received an email last week informing me of a referral, and telling me to keep track of it in the app. Except it’s not in the app. I did have a different referral where the app wanted me to book an appointment but kept sending me round in circles until I gave up. Now that page contains a link to a feedback survey…but the survey is unavailable. Chaos.

Rating - Inadequate
If this is going to be the digital front door to the NHS it needs significant work. From my experience it is not easy to use. The titles of the sections are confusing and there is lots of computer said no and asked to complete a different form. If this was assessed in line with the CQC KLOE my view is that it would be related inadequate across all 5 domains

Just a bad app
Why captcha, why the need to input my password Everytime I open the app and then at least twice, navigation is poor at best. Why go from useful to useless. Get rid of the company who is running this, your paying them too much for such garbage
Test Results History Missing
The new test result section is appalling. The history is missing and the results are displayed as a list rather than individual items in the Liver and Blood results. What happened to the nice graphs and history results.

Can’t download onto my phone
Prefer systmonline for usability
I prefer systmonline, however, local gp surgery has changed systems and have no option but to use the NHS app. It is not user friendly & difficult to navigate as it does not have the functionality of the other system. The main bug is that if you download a document once finished reading there is no option to go back or close the document. Clicking on any of the home, messages, profile, app help or the NHS logo in the top left does not work! I am stuck on the screen - I can’t even log out! I have to close the tab and wait for the timeout before trying to log in! Not good - please fix asap.

Brilliant!
I had a blood test yesterday for my annual review and I could see the results today without using up time of overworked NHS staff. Brilliant!

Avoids contact with already busy staff. Easy to use and contains much useful information
Newest update unusable
App was good, but the newest update (6.4.1) does not let me leave the “welcome to nhs app” pages.
Login useless
Fail biometrics once and you’re forced into having it removed. Genuinely useless.
Broken
Since the last update, I have not been able to access any of the functions, all I get is a white screen. It used to be clunky but useful but now nothing.
New v old
The old system was much easier to navigate.
