Hopeless

I would like to be generous and suggest the problem might lie with my doctors’ surgery too, but this is deeply annoying as an app. In theory it should be great but repeat medication is a nightmare - the amounts are wrong, despite me repeatedly pointing it out; medications disappear and I get random messages saying request has been refused the fulfilled but then it says it’s been done ‘outside of Patient Access’ so I can’t see dates / amounts etc. When asked to review the page, it’s not even anything to do with Patient Access either, just about web design. Not good enough.

Waste of my time

Useless system. I want to book an appointment, go to the book appointment section, but none of what listed is what I need. Bring back calling the surgery by ‘phone and speaking to a member of staff!!

Constantly

Always asks for verification, sends codes that don’t work, insists on 3 party app verification-despite setting up my personal password key
Seems a good idea but for someone who doesn’t find signing into any app easy this must be a nightmare for
Far more hassle than it’s worth.

Priorities are PRIVATE healthcare

This app has next to nothing to do with your NHS information. It has a cluttered awful design and it’s 99% focused on private, paid for health care. To find NHS test results or letters is a nightmare. Use the NHS app, this one is showing you trash you find on Instagram.

Very disappointed

Tedious and frustrating to get a repeat prescription!
