Awful
This has got to be the worst app in the world. Can’t log in, download Authenticator app. Scan code with tablet, gives code, doesn’t work, try again code isn’t the right one, tried again and again. Why when you have a password, do you need to go through all this every time you want to SIMPLY LOG IN!!!!!!!!

Technical Difficulties
I’ve had access and was able to log in fine since I originally set up my account. Recently, I thought I’d like to be more secure with my account, so I set up the two-factor authentication (2FA). This has now locked me out of the account, at least it would seem that way.
The system is completely broken. On a desktop browser, I get a generic error: "Sorry, we weren't able to sign you in at this time. Please check your sign in details and try again."
However, trying to log into the iOS app reveals the actual backend failure. It tells me: "Sorry, we weren't able to sign you in at this time. We are experiencing some technical issues while getting your record from your practice."
I have reset my password and reset the 2FA (using both Apple and Google Authenticator). The system claims these resets are "successful," but the second it tries to fetch my data from my GP practice, it chokes. It won't even let me completely disable 2FA to revert to my working setup. Enabling security should not corrupt the link to a patient's GP surgery. I recommend avoiding 2FA on this app until they fix this database synchronization bug.

What’s its purpose we have the NHS app
Don’t see the purpose of this app! We have a NHS app why so fragmented? App states you can book GP appointments and repeat perspirations. The GP practice I’m registered with can’t do either.
Password reset
Won’t work, simple takes you to the log on screen when clicking the email - needs sorting out in an update soon!
Barely works on MacOS
The app is available on Mac, but shows a warning that the device is jailbroken every time it is launched, even when that is not the case.
Useless
I’ve never been able to log in, it’s appalling! Trying to reset my (clearly not very) memorable word is impossible, there are bugs and inconsistencies all over the place. I don’t know what features this useless app is supposed to offer that aren’t already available in the NHS app. I’ve now deleted it and contacted the supplier and asked that my login details be removed. Unnecessary barriers and zero functionality
A total waste of time. Forced to use a paid verification app just to log in, only to find out you can't even book appointments online anymore. Completely useless update

Every time I try to sign in it just shows the message Hello Brian. It takes several times before it opens to do anything

GP Practice.

Stopped working
I loved this app but something is stopping it logging in… it just gets stuck on the welcome page… please sort it out.
Needs improvement
My medications do not show in the repeat section. So I have to message my GP for prescriptions- only when they are approved there is no dates on the orders page so I have no idea if my latest one has been approved or the listing is showing the previous one. A simple date stamp should be an easy fix and something that should have been there all along.

Tedious to read test results
This is good for the few things I use it for. It’s good to have test results available, but their display could be improved.
- graphs don’t show normal / abnormal ranges
- you can’t see a simple list of all results from a given test. You have to tap through each in turn which is tedious. Also there’s a long message from surgery at the start of each result requiring scrolling every time, even for the latest result. This is shown on the intro screen already so could be removed from each individual test result page.

When you open the app and tap read messages you can’t exit that screen because the x is in the top right hand corner and it’s not connecting with the finger as I touch the screen 🤦🏿♀️. iPhone.
Appointments Not Working
Appointments not visible in the app and haven’t been for over a month. Have reported to developer but just told they are working on it. How long does it take to fix such an important feature?
Great … but
The app will not allow you to login if you’ve not used it in a while. You need to delete and reinstall. My advice is that if you can’t login just go to the web based version if it’s an emergency.
Keeps signing me out
Can’t access any thing as the app keeps signing me out as soon as I sign in.
Patient access
This system is not user friendly as using authentication software and passing is a big joke
