Doctors are late, blame you for bad quality, yet they don’t use the app, and call back on the phone instead - awful experience that never works, but when it does they cannot do anything except saying they don’t prescribe medicine online, unmotivated doctors, completely useless app

Please get this app updated, once you login it just takes you to book appointment and you can do nothing else terrible app
Doctors never turn up
I never leave reviews but I had to express my opinion on this app. I’ve tried to book maybe 4/5 appointments in the past three weeks trying to see a Dr. Each time I’ve never had a doctor turn up on time. They’ll call sometimes up to 30 mins after my time asking if I still want to be seen. Sometimes they don’t show up at all with no call. As this is a part of my health insurance, not a salary sacrifice, it’s incredibly frustrating. Customer service is a joke too.

The app is terrible
The clinicians are late and the app keeps logging out. The response of the PIN keypad is very slow making logging in complicated.
Can’t log in
The app is stuck on the login page forever. Very clunky start. The website isn’t much better on Mac either
Latest updates are bad
The app worked Ok-ish for the last few years. But recently they changed the app for the worse. Previously there was a questionnaire when you book an appointment to clarify the symptoms, now it’s gone: you cannot describe the problem you’re booking an appointment for. Previously you could choose between a doctor and advanced practitioner: not anymore, just a few advanced practitioners to choose from. You can only join the call after the doctor joins, so you need to wait and stare at the useless page like a dummy. And the overall app experience is slow and unresponsive: the phone numbers are not clickable, you need to wait for login when you switch between apps. It seems that the company saves both on the app developers and the doctors, which is counter-productive.

Lots of issues
Reviewing the app and not the service.
It’s great to be given the option to use Face ID, but what’s the point if I’m asked to enter my login details almost every time I return, and I’m then asked again if I want to enable Face ID. It’s a never ending loop. Really frustrating.
Another major issue is that for a health-related app, it fails basic accessibility requirements. Your text color in many areas of the app including doctor notes is way below the minimum contrast required, making it hard to read despite not having any medical conditions. I can’t imagine how it would be for those with conditions. This is not acceptable.

Left me crying
We have decided to use private healthcare as NHS is oversubscribed and even a blood test cant be done for days even weeks. Very disappointed with DCA as they insist in sending you to NHS, robbing you off your right to be seen by a doctor straight away. I wish AXA will not use them anymore.
Service & App Performance
One of the worst doctors/GP appointment platforms I have ever tried. I was stuck in the waiting platform when the video consultation starts and the GP also could not see me waiting. In the end, she marked my appointment closed with reasons patient not showing up. Called the Patient Experience team which is completely useless as he just asked me to book next appointment and said “there is nothing I can do here”. Not sure how this process will help in getting a patient to see a GP on time when she needed to be seen as the long queue in the NHS is not helping.

Complete rubbish
App no longer works. Can book appointments but very buggy. But cannot even join meetings. Pls fix.

Worst ever
The worst app ever. Customer service is useless. More than half the times you’re unable to login using the password and the app hangs a lot especially prior to the appointment. The doctors are in a rush to get though the appointment or better avoid the contact, get paid and move on to the next appointment.

Uploads not working
Whenever I try to upload images on the apple app, it keep crashing and the app closes. Ongoing issue for months now

Useless app
Following booking and having an online appointment I was told by the doctor I would be given a prescription that would come through immediately - the app and systems were so poor that 3 phone calls later I was told the prescription was stuck in the system and I would have to rebook another appointment- waste another doctors time - to get through another prescription

Doctor doesn’t show up for appointment, it’s a joke. You just stay there wasting your time and they don’t show up.

Worse than NHS
The most useless thing ever! In 3 years of using it, never have I ever gotten anything useful, or a referral for me or my family, they keep sending me back to NHS! The service should be shut down! Completely useless
Need improvements
I feel the app is useful but extremely difficult to read and observe the doctor notes because of the poor font size and colour. Grey font on white background not helping much.
