Impossible to login
Doesn’t matter how many times I reset password, get security codes, login to main site, authentication on this app always fails. Poor
Poorly implemented app
User profile allows you to set your GP details, but every time you book a go appointment through the app you have to complete the details manually.
GP appointment slots are all in grey, which normal UI convention makes you think they’re unavailable, also slots are light great with white writing which is terrible from an accessibility perspective, which makes it even worse when you consider it’s a medical app

Poorly written and painful to use
Given most correspondence is PDF why do you make it so painful to view PDFs? Why can’t we view them in app? So many glitches and painful steps to do anything. Trying to book a consultant appointment with a consultant with a common name - multiple choices and no way of know which is the right one.
Simple to use
Simple app to use with some really useful functions
A useless and confusing App.
Impossible to use for wife on same policy as there are 2 policy numbers.
