Casualmente no te deja poner reseñas malas, no confíen en las reseñas de los doctores. Llevo 3 días intentando poner una mala reseña de una doctora y no lo permite.
Every doctor has 5 stars?!?!
Have a look at their reviews and you will see all of their doctors have 5 stars. Maybe they are being paid by the doctors? They are certainly posting any bad reviews.

Un app muy complicado de usar, me mandaron mensajes repetidos todo el día para confirmar cita y confirmé tres veces y aún así el doctor canceló la cita por no confirmar!

I am very disappointed with Doctoralia’s review system. I have submitted honest, detailed reviews about my experiences with two different doctors, both of whom I had very negative experiences with. In both cases, my reviews were never published or made visible.
This makes me question the transparency and reliability of this platform. A review website should allow patients to share both positive and negative experiences, provided they are truthful and respectful. When critical reviews consistently fail to appear while positive reviews remain visible, it creates the impression that patients are not being given the full picture.
Patients rely on these reviews to make important healthcare decisions. If negative experiences are filtered out or suppressed, the ratings and reviews cannot be considered a fair reflection of patients’ experiences.
The fact that this happened with reviews for two different doctors makes it difficult for me to believe that this was an isolated incident.
Based on my experience, I no longer trust Doctoralia’s review system and would encourage patients to look for information from multiple sources rather than relying solely on this platform.

Language
This app claims to work in English, but there is no option to change your language within the app. I have a US phone, but am using the app in Mexico, my phone language is set to English, but the app only shows in Spanish.

No he recibido apoyo ni respuesta para un reembolso cuando el Doctor no se presentó. Tengo más de 1 semana esperando y nada.
No tienen buen servicio al cliente. He tratado de contactarlos sin éxito. Y en la oficina del Doctor me dijeron que ellos no tramitan el reembolso, sino Doctoralia.

Requires more logins and security than my investment accounts. Slow to sent confirmations with numbers. Just bloody awkward.

Doctoralia, envía demasiados mensajes por cada cita: agenda de la cita mostrando fecha, hora, etc.; solicitando confirmación; instrucciones para prepararse para la cita; solicitando una revisión después de cada cita… Ahora, salvo la solicitud de confirmación, estoy ignorando los mensajes.
No aceptan opiniones negativas
Su equipo de moderación no tolera reseñas que no sean positivas, simplemente no las publican. Un sesgo tremendo y muy peligroso.
Muy difícil y muchas problemas
Tenías muchas problems. App did not work for me at all . Had numerous issues. Was unable to proceed to make an appointment. Obvious glitches need repair. Very disappointing.
Technical problems
The app is great for finding a doctor. But the technical aspects of the app are poor. Since the last update, it doesn’t sync my iPad and iPhone any more. I’ve had to create new accounts and it’s lost some of my data. Great concept, but poor functionality.
Horrible programming
The app will not sync my account with my account on the Doctoralia website. Same exact login, but the iOS app is treating me like a new account... 10 year olds can program better than this.

Intente poner una cita con el Doctor Reynaldo Leyva, ya que estuve anteriormente en consulta y fue amable y profesional, por eso quería regresar, pero, la secretaría o asistente Claudia, se porto muy mal al tratar de que me
Dieran una cita! Le mande recado al doctor explicándole la situación y nunca se tomo el tiempo de contestarme o disculparse, estoy francamente consternada! Porque el trato de esta mujer Claudia fue despota, prepotente, tajante, y no adecuado para el lugar, no se que tipo de asistente sea! Cuando se toma la libertad de decidir no agendar para la clínica, tampoco se porque el Doctor deja que esta persona trate así a sus clientes! Definitivamente no entiendo qué pasó!
