Not very useful
Provides a one way communication from the doctors office to the patient but not from the patient to the doctor. Everything else this app can do, I can achieve in other ways.

Unstable app
The look of the app is great and seems to be easy to navigate but the app crashes constantly and after the app crashes, you lose any progress you made.

Amazing App!
This app makes it so easy to keep track of my health. The forms are also easier than ever to fill out and I appreciate being able to log my medication and symptoms as the days go by!
Amazing app
This is an incredible app! Sends all the necessary info to your doc like symptoms and more. Has a lot of great info including videos of exercises to do after surgery - let’s me record my activity too!
