When are you going to get android???

Sick of carrying around 2 devices!!! I tried an iphone and HATED It.. I have a pixel and can't use it. The brick they gave me is huge!! Really tired of carrying around 2 devices. It wasn't bad during the trial with a ipod but that doesn't even work now?? Kinda a joke!!

Where’s the clinician

I haven’t seen my physical rep for over 2 yrs. Not only was I not told he wouldn’t be my rep but I also wasn’t told there was a new app this one which I don’t mind at all the music I finally after using the google found this app I downloaded it yes there was the man figure I had used before to up
My burst. But to try and get a clinician to respond or anyone to answer my texts is impossible waiting 3 hours on the phone which is new because my older phone this app would not work. I need answers it’s been over 4 years I have had this I think my leads are messed up. My generator may be on its last leg o have no rep I can’t remember the dr who implanted this I am hurting and I don’t know where too turn this app site isn’t it

Why aren’t you paying attention?

Several reviews mention the annoying music when opening the app! Why is this unnecessary jingle on here??? We shouldn’t need to have attention drawn to us when opening a medical app.
Additionally, please enable a dark mode!
Pay attention to your patients!!!

Frustrating

Using this in conjunction of a trial spinal cord stimulator. Using a iPhone 14 with latest iOS and the app is constantly unable to find the generator(stimulator), unable to connect, etc. Also,
features do not work such as My Health Journey, Left Right Control, Area Control, etc.
Customer service does not answer the phone after many attempts, just disconnects, like this App.

Horrible device

I’m on my 2nd device and 4th battery. 1st device I had implanted in 2018. Something happened to it causing me to slip down stairs causing the leads to “break” according to my first rep. Had a new leads placed & new battery cause they said my 1st battery was dying already. So new device and battery replaced in 2021.
Then my next battery replacement was 2024 because it had a month left. Day of surgery that battery died. Now I have recharging battery. Have constant issues with it. Had to have my 3 rep reads the device to my phone just to be able to use it. Now have new phone and app won’t work.
