I love this app so much i’ve been using it for about 5 years now and since then i’ve had to download it on every new device I get and the updates never disappoint the app is always getting better! perfect app!! 🧡‼️

I’ve tried several apps in this category, but this one is by far the cleanest and most efficient. It has a super intuitive interface and zero annoying clutter. Highly recommended!

Just not a needed feature
Not a fan of having an unremovable button in the bottom right corner while reading a PDF that does nothing but make AI read the PDF for me, when I already have 2 I's in my head.
Quite poor
It's really quite poor. It's supposed to be able to manage files on your device and in the cloud, but with any cloud interaction it's always running three operations from an invisible queue, and it reprioritises what it's doing seemingly at random. Nothing is ever finished until everything is finished - which either doesn't happen or happens way in the future. There's no way to see the queue, let alone manage it. There's no way to tell it to just do one thing at a time. It's plain bad. I don't know who's writing the 5 star reviews.
They update it all the time, and with every update there's a tour of how they changed some trivial thing that you'd never notice. Almost every time I open it there's a new tour, and company news - as if anyone is interested. It's a horrible user experience that seems to stem from narcissism on the marketing side. The company doesn't seem to realise it's a utility app, not a fashion brand.
And as if that's not bad enough, it routinely sends pop-ups to tell you some files haven't been opened (if they haven't been). Because we must all open everything with Documents. How it does this when it's closed I don't know. Is it sending detailed usage info for every file, along with the file names up to Readdle?
Truly this company's apps have fallen from grace recently. I'm guessing either the staff have nothing to do, so change for change sake, or they have a poorly suited new leader that's wrecking everything.

Readdle refuses to offer their products as a suite but would rather gouge the subscriptions. To itemize the products

The annual subscriptions with tax in Canada for all their products in the Pro version comes to $771.59 CAD per year. Greedy much?! Apple Adobe & Microsoft don’t charge that much for office products!

Great app
I love, love, love this app! I like saving pdfs and note files from browsing information on the web and this app works great! (Much better than copying and pasting into Notes!)

It used to be so much faster
Every time I search for anything it’s SO SLOW it used to be like 2 or 3 seconds of waiting before it showed results not it takes literal minutes.

File problem
Some large files aren’t appearing correctly. I access a file and it appears all jumbled up. Can you fix this?

Nome do arquivo na visualização da imagem
O app é excelente! Porém de alguma atualização pra cá o nome do arquivo não aparece mais na parte de cima na visualização de uma imagem (aparece apenas a data de criação). Achava bem útil.
