Poor AI makes the product worse
I’ve used Docusign many times to electronically verify signatures. Their unnecessary and unwanted “AI assisted” mode made many suggestions which were actively harmful.

Incredibly frustrating app. Can’t add new text boxes unless you zoom out or zoom in. Doesn’t allow you to input textbox templates such as phone number, address etc.

If I could this app zero stars, I would. You cannot even upload an email that requested a signature through Docusign without going through hoops.
