GRATEFUL!
I needed to sign some from important documents and i’m far from being tech saavy but when someone referred this app and i logged on the process couldn’t be more simple ! Very grateful and i got done everything i needed to !

The app will get the job done, I just wish the user interface was more straightforward. If I click a text box, I should be able to enter the desired instead of having to actually click the text button every time. Also when the text box pops up, I wish it had a more updated transparent look. The current form looks outdated.

I will give credit in the fact that at a baseline this product is great. However, if any technical issue should arise, expect minimal competence from almost everyone you speak to.
I have had two technical issues in the last 6 months. The initial was told there was no fix but eventually I got to the right person and there was a solution. After weeks of this can’t be done.
Now here we are with another technical issue and every level of trouble shooting, each person I’ve spoke to at this point, have zero solutions for a technical/admin focus area.
This is what happens when billion dollar organizations higher out their technical experts to personnel who follow a basic playbook.
I would never recommend this product to a business or person. There are plenty of other products that are better priced and offer the same outcome.
