Confusing

This whole process you’re putting me through. It’s totally confusing and I don’t know if what I’m doing is fulfilling. Your needs to get the authorization for my surgery. I’ve been taking them so many different directions. I have to repeat, the things over and over that I don’t know when I’ll be done. I don’t think thank you for making this very difficult.
