Too many bugs
I’ve been locked out multiple times and I’m unable to submit anything and I get stuck on this page which freezes everything worst app I’ve ever used

in my opinion the dofe app has been quite helpful but it is annoying how the updates are almost every single week, i need a passkey to update it and it is quite annoying how i have to do it almost every week. On the other hand it is great to start doing your dofe and i think this deserves three stars but there is amazing features.

Hard to use and doesn’t give enough info but forced to download! Annoying
Update.
It’s a great app but the recent update it giving me a thing about a well-being check in and it won’t let me answer any questions at all! This is meaning that I can’t access any of the sections I’m doing as it won’t let me exit it either.
Very organised but .
Tried so many times to log on but it never lets me , and it always tells me that it has locked my account for 24 hours if I get the password wrong just one time . Even if I do manage to log on it immediately signs me out and the app quits
Tragic
One of the worst apps I’ve ever used as soon as it finished downloading my gran came tumbling down the stairs like prime neymar.
Abysmal app
I would give it negative stars if I could - app signs me out even though I always tap on sign in, and then it always takes ages to load it and to load things itself. Waste of time to try using

Its a very slow app
I Loved My DofE but this app had nothing to do with it
I first started my DofE with my school and wanted a app to help me sign things off school pointed me in this direction but when I downloaded the app and went on I just got a white screen thinking it was loading I waited for a while but it didn’t work so I deleted and reinstalled it but nothing worked it the end I just used the website. Such a good idea if the app worked though 😃

Cannot Access Archived Award
My daughter needed to access her award details that an employer asked for, but it is archived. It says you can still access it as read only, but there is a read only questionnaire over the top and you can see or press anything. Terrible QA for an important app.
Can’t login
Every time I try to login the app goes to a white screen and doesn’t do anything. So I can’t get into the app
This app is faulty
I have repeatedly tried to login with my password and always says attempt unsuccessful even though i have written my password down so i know its correct yet it still prevents me from me from logging in and makes everything very difficult. However DofE is still a good experience just the app and filling in the assessors report is slightly more difficult than it needs to be.

Horrendous app
Very choppy app and every single time I use it the second I close the app when I go back in it logs me out and I have to type in all my details again and then it does Face ID after that which is totally pointless as you have to spend ages logging in first. Terrible UI and interface too.
