Hi there, sorry to hear you're having trouble taking photos. To keep your photos secure, DogCam uses your phone's built-in photo library to store any photos and videos taken with the app. In order for this to work, you'll need to allow permission for the app to save your photos to the photo library. You can update your photo library permissions by going to Settings > DogCam > Photos. If you're still having trouble getting photos to save please do get in touch at dogcam@shipyardstudios.io as I'd love to help fix this for you. - Mike

Hi there, sorry to hear you've been unable to access some features of DogCam. The free version of the app includes several free sounds, unlimited photo / video capture and limited monthly breed scans. These features have always been and remain to be completely free to use. If you are having trouble accessing these features compared to previous versions then please do get in touch at dogcam@shipyardstudios.io as this is not expected and we want to help fix this.
